LOCATION:  The ranch is located approximately twenty five miles east of Springerville, AZ and twenty three miles west of Quemado, New Mexico and lies about four miles north of Highway 60.

SIZE AND CARRYING CAPACITY:  The entire ranch boundary encompasses approximately 68 sections or 55,000+/- acres.  Total deeded acreage is 3,320 +/- with the balance being the Cimarron Mesa BLM Allotment and the Stokes Flat BLM Allotment which includes the New Mexico State Leased acreage.  The total carrying capacity is 750 cows year around.

TERRAIN:  The terrain on the ranch truly represents the idealism of a Western New Mexico ranch with sandstone bluffs that line rugged canyons and provide breathtaking vistas revealing expansive tree covered, rolling grasslands.

VEGETATION Grasses are predominately gramma species, sacaton, sand drop seed, western wheat and crested wheat.  Browse includes winter fat and chamiza.  Tree coverage is comprised of Pinon and Brown Cedar with Navajo Willow around the springs.

WATER:  One of the most precious resources on the Red Hill Ranch is its water.  Ten wells and approximately  twelve miles of pipeline distribute water throughout the ranch.
Numerous dirt tanks are strategically located on the ranch to take advantage of run-off.  In addition, two springs provide a reliable source of naturally occurring water.  Goat Spring has been a well know “watering hole” since
before New Mexico became a state.  It is also the site of a historic gun battle where the outlaw was killed after using the sandstone bluff which houses the spring as protection to withstand a long term fight with a Sheriff's posse out of Quemado.

HUNTING AND WILDLIFE:  Nothing sets the stage for wildlife better than diverse terrain, good feed, and lots of water.  Add these to the White Mountain genetics and you come up with some outstanding Elk.  The ranch receives  eleven landowner elk tags for Big Game Unit 12.  In addition to elk, the ranch teems with Pronghorn Antelope and Mule Deer and receives three Antelope permits every other year.  Mule Deer hunting is an over-the-counter permit purchase for private land only.

IMPROVEMENTS:  There are three sets of improvements on the ranch.  The Stokes Flats HQ consist of two single wide mobile homes, large 25x50 metal barn with stalls and corrals, and several outbuildings for storage and tack.  In addition, there is a newly constructed set of shipping pens.   Another set of improvements can be found near Cottonwood Canyon and includes a 1,250 +/- sq ft site built home, single wide mobile home, barns, corrals, shop and other outbuildings.  The Cimarron Mesa HQ consists of a single wide mobile home, a small, rustic guest cabin, barns, and pens with a loading chute.  All of the improvements are located within minutes via gravel road from paved Hwy 60.

PRICE:  $6,500,000.00
